Blow Up Lab worked with Interior Designer Gil Mendez to help resource a photograph to be featured in this elegant, designer showcase dining room. Then Blow Up Lab converted it from color to black & white and printed it with archival inks on canvas. After that, the Lab stretched the canvas on in-house built wood bars. Murray’s Iron Works provided a hammered metal frame specifically made for the print. Gil was fun to work with and was quoted in the SF Chronicle saying (under the heading of Artful Execution):
The Blow Up Lab produces high-quality photos and graphic prints on more types of media than I could have ever imagined. I recently had them print my own original artwork – a portrait of our dog – on canvas, for my partner’s birthday. Hands down, it was the best gift I have ever given.
